James DiFrancesco
CPA
James has two decades of experience in accounting and finances. He received
his BBA, with a double major in accounting and finance, from Texas A&M
in 1985, obtained his CPA license in 1992 and established the company in
1994 with an emphasis on a personal, one-on-one approach. James is married
and has three daughters adopted from China.

Sandy Tyler
CPA
Sandy comes to us with over thirty years of accounting experience
in both industrial and public sectors. She received her
Bachelors degree in accounting, from McNeese State
University, in 1977, and obtained her C.P. A. license in 1995.
Sandy joined the firm in 2007 after having been with the firm
of Theron Dossey, C.P.A. for seventeen years. She is married
and has one daughter, two sons, and one grandson.

William A. Combe, Jr.
CPA
Bill has over thirty years of accounting experience in the public
sector and as a project supervisor for a tax software company.
He received his Bachelors degree from New York Institute of Technology in 1977
and obtained his CPA license from the State of New York in 1985 and
from the State of Texas in 2006. He is married and has no children.

Yvette McCroskey
Office Manager
Yvette has recently joined the firm to relieve the staff of the
administrative portion of the business so that they can focus on
our clients' needs. She is a previous business owner with a
wealth of management experience. Yvette has two daughters.

Louise Huckabay
Para-Professional
Louise has over thirty-five years of accounting experience in both the
industrial and public sectors. She joined the firm in 2001 and has been
a mainstay of the tax department ever since. Louise has two daughters,
four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Crystal Cortez-Zelaya
Para-Professional
Crystal is primarily responsible for seeing that things work smoothly in
the office, to give our clients the closest personal attention possible.
She also does accounting work and assists with our tax, payroll and bookkeeping
projects. Crystal joined the firm in 2002, received her BBA from the University
of Houston in 2005 and is currently attending the University of St. Thomas
graduate program.

Charlotte Shanks
Para-Professional
Charlotte joined us in 2004, bringing over (30) years of business and accounting
experience to the firm. She is our QuickBooks guru and can handle all your
QuickBooks problems, help integrate your QuickBooks account with ours or
answer any QuickBooks questions. She has two sons, one is a graduate student
at Texas A&M University, the other an undergraduate student at the
University of Oklahoma.

Deb Smith

Deb comes to us with over 25 years of accounting experience
and is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper. She also has
QuickBooks expertise and can help you with your
QuickBooks questions. She joined the firm in 2007
after having been with the firm of Theron Dossey, CPA
for three years. Deb has one daughter.

Nataly Perez
Clerical Staff / Payroll Processor
Nataly joined the firm in 2005 as an intern from Lamar High School. After
graduating she remained and has continued to learn the business ever since.
She is currently our “jack of all trades,” helping (and learning) in every
department. Nataly is also studying at the University of Houston, pursuing
a degree in psychology.
