Communication

Communication with our clients is important to James DiFrancesco & Associates. From time to time, we will place documents on our web site for you to download. We may also ask that you upload information. In either case, you will be given a user name and password to use. To download a document, push the button below. To view the documents that are on-line, you may need Adobe Reader.

When you push the 'Continue' button below, a new window or a new tab will open and present a login dialog. Enter the User Name and Password that you have been given to access our transfer site. Note that the user name is not case sensitive but the password is. When you have successfully logged on, you will see a directory browser showing files and directories in your home directory. The buttons near the bottom of the listing can be used to navigate the directories and upload and download files. Note that you must highlight a file before the download button appears. When you push the upload button, a dialog box will appear that allows you to navigate your computer and select the file that you want to upload. Similarly, when you push the download button, a dialog button appears that will allow you to select a location for the downloaded file.
