Communication

Communication with our clients is important to James DiFrancesco & Associates. From time to time, we will place documents on our web site for you to download. We may also ask that you upload information. In either case, you will be given a user name and password to use. To download a document, push the button below. To view the documents that are on-line, you may need Adobe Reader.

To Upload a file

1. "Right-click on the Start Button on your computer and then select "Explore".

2. Navigate to the desired file, right-click and push "Copy"

3. In the address bar of Windows Explorer, type "ftp://jdacpas.com" and hit [enter].

4. Enter your user ID and Password and then push "Logon".

5. In the white space of the right pane of the Explorer window, right-click and select paste.

6. After the file has been copied, the file will appear in the right pane of the Explorer window. Close the Explorer Window to leave the site.
